How is the food kept cold during shipping?
We use eco-friendly insulated liners and non-toxic gel packs to maintain a refrigerated temperature throughout the transit process, ensuring your greens arrive crisp.
Do I need to wash the salad before eating?
No washing required! Every Gardencup is triple-washed, prepped, and ready to eat straight out of the container. Just pour the included dressing, shake, and enjoy.
Can I customize the ingredients in my cups?
Currently, our recipes are fixed to ensure the highest quality and safety standards. However, we offer a wide variety of seasonal rotations to suit different dietary preferences.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
